Mother's Day is right around the corner. Spending over a decade working with moms, I have learned that motherhood comes in many forms and celebrating all kinds of Moms is important! The day should be celebrated with not only seasoned and new moms, but moms-to-be! Recognizing another group of moms is very important as well, I call them rainbow moms. They are the mothers who have lost a baby. This holiday can be emotional. If you know anyone who has lost a child, please remember them on Mother's Day.

I don’t know about you, but I can never have enough water bottles! I especially love ones that show the world I have tiny humans that call me mom. Making a basket for mom to keep by her spot on the couch will allow her to stay nourished and rested. When building the basket, keep in mind a mix of salty and sweet options, high protein is also key. You can throw in some drinks, or even some of the drink mix-ins.
